2 tbsp olive oil

3 bunches Florentino Baby Cauliflower, woody ends trimmed

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp red chili flakes

1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

1/2 tsp lemon zest

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 cup finely crumbled feta cheese

1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill




  1. Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat; sauté baby cauliflower, garlic, oregano and chili flakes for 4 to 6 minutes or until tender and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer to serving dish; top with lemon zest and lemon juice. Garnish with feta and dill.


Tip: Serve as a side dish with grilled or roasted chicken, seafood or pork.
