Brussels Sprouts, Bacon & Cheese Scrambler
Brussels Sprouts make a delicious and healthy breakfast scrambler that you will serve often!

- 1 microwavable bag of Queen Victoria Brussels Sprouts 16 oz
- 12 large eggs lightly beaten
- 6 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooking spray
Remove cooked and cooled Queen Victoria Brussels Sprouts from their microwavable bag and cut Brussels Sprouts in half or quarters (set aside).
Spray large skillet with cooking spray and over medium-high heat add cut Brussels Sprouts to skillet.
Sauté Brussels Sprouts for one minute and add eggs, crumbled bacon and salt and pepper to taste.
Gently scramble eggs and continue to cook over heat until eggs are set and bacon and Brussels Sprouts are evenly distributed through the eggs.
Remove skillet from heat and top scrambler with shredded cheese. Serve immediately.
