In a small skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crisp. Set aside to drain.
Pour the Brussels Bites into a bowl, and drizzle olive oil on top. Stir to mix the olive oil evenly. Once coated, drizzle maple syrup on top, and stir to mix thoroughly
Place the Brussels Bites onto a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper, taking care to evenly spread them out. Top with bacon.
Cook in oven at 425 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Serve.
