Greek-Style Baby Cauliflower Sauté
With lemon, garlic and feta cheese, this quick and easy-to-make baby cauliflower sauté delivers simple, fresh and tasty Greek flavors that the whole family will love.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 3 bunches Florentino Baby Cauliflower woody ends trimmed
 - 3 cloves garlic minced
 - 1/2 tsp oregano dried
 - 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
 - 1/4 tsp salt and pepper each
 - 1/2 tsp lemon zest
 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1/4 cup feta cheese finely crumbled
 - 1 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
 
Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat; sauté baby cauliflower, garlic, oregano and chili flakes for 4 to 6 minutes or until tender and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Transfer to serving dish; top with lemon zest and lemon juice. Garnish with feta and dill.
 
Notes
Tip: Serve as a side dish with grilled or roasted chicken, seafood or pork.
Tip: Substitute baby cauliflower with sweet baby broccoli.
