Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg Queen Victoria Mini Romane
  • 1 lb ground beef, turkey, or chicken
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 can black beans drained (optional)
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • sour cream
  • shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, brown the ground beef. Add taco seasoning and water and bring it to a simmer.
  • Wash and dry produce. Dice onion and tomato, and separate Mini Romaine leaves. Drain black beans if using.
  • Using the leaves as a boat, add taco meat, beans, onion, tomato, sour cream, and cheese.
