  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 bunches Florentino Baby Cauliflower woody ends trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp oregano dried
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper each
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese finely crumbled
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped


  • Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat; sauté baby cauliflower, garlic, oregano and chili flakes for 4 to 6 minutes or until tender and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer to serving dish; top with lemon zest and lemon juice. Garnish with feta and dill.
