NEW! Florentino is a bunched cauliflower type. As a hybrid vegetable variety, it is cultivated in a particular way to maximize height of the plant. With a more lengthy stem comes a more tender texture and milder flavor. Florentino's lengthy, slender stalks are topped by delicate clusters of creamy gold, slightly opened buds.

Prep & Use

Always wash Florentino before using. Also, take care to gently trim the stems before preparing. Florentino adds color and flavor to any meal. Our favorite ways of preparing it are on the stovetop, with a bit of olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. It can be added to stir-fries and roasted, even grilled!
